Pneumac Germination test kits
Millelec offers the Pneumac Germination Test Kits, providing a straightforward solution for testing the viability of malting barley and other seeds. Developed in collaboration with end-users, these kits ensure fast turnaround times for testing. The new model features a streamlined 2-piece set, each containing two pots, each equipped with a carousel holding ten slides.
The thermostatically controlled test vessels maintain a precise temperature of 40±2 degrees Celsius using minimal power. The compact controller and vacuum pump unit operate quietly and require minimal maintenance. Achieving a vacuum in the test chamber takes just seconds, and the kit typically reaches operating temperature within about 30 minutes from the switch-on, depending on ambient conditions. Each pot can hold approximately 0.7 litres of Tetrazolium salt solution, facilitating efficient and reliable germination testing.
Pneumac Grain Splitters
